All members joining this forum agree to the following terms and conditions.

This is a free members' only bulletin board, not an open public forum, we don't ask for contributions or subscriptions. The board may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Everyone who helps run the board does so, on a voluntary basis. As a result, our time resources are limited. Please help us to keep things running smoothly by following the guidelines below.

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, racist or invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate to this forum. You may place occasional relevant links to commercial websites, but you may not openly promote your own, or any other website without express agreement in writing from the Ssangyong & KGM Owners Club. Computer misuse is a crime, and submissions to this forum can be traced, so for your own protection, think before submitting a post.

Please avoid posting overly negative, aggressive or abusive comments about companies, organisations or individuals. Such posts will be removed, but ones taking a more subtle approach will probably remain. Both slander and libel are offences, and if you have a legitimate complaint, there are accepted routes through which these can be made. This forum is not one of them.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this forum. Please remember that we do not actively monitor all posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of this forum.

Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy also applies to member profile information.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.

As part of the registering at this forum, you need to fill out a profile. Without this information it is hard to answer your questions. If you are looking for a Ssangyong or registering out of interest choose that category in the most upper drop down field. If you leave the field empty you will not be validated. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed. The validation of your registering can take some time as the validation team is not constant on-line. Please don't send help-emails if you can't enter the forum direct after clicking the "confirm-link". 

There shall be no commercial content within an avatar or personal signature, but only by invitation from the Ssangyong & KGM Owners Club.

You agree not to publish the content of personal messages (PMs) in any public area without the prior consent of the sender.

It is strictly forbidden to publish security codes from our forum elsewhere.

Individual memberships can be revoked at any time by the admin team at their discretion. If your original membership has been revoked, you are not permitted to rejoin or access this forum. Attempting to do so will be considered unauthorised access to, and misuse of, our systems and services.

The moderators and administrators of this forum have the right to close, remove or edit, any post or thread, if they find it necessary. If posts are removed or closed, the member concerned will be notified regarding these actions by a PM unless it was done for forum maintenance (removing old or irrelevant posts).
